Welcome to the DayOne Innovation Showcase 2026, our headline event and the culmination of our annual Accelerator program.

The Showcase will take place on 15 December 2026 in the Gehry Auditorium on the Novartis Campus in Basel. 

It is an elite space tailor-made for startups, industry leaders, investors and partners, fostering networking, pitching, business exploration, partnership opportunities and a deep dive into the healthtech startup ecosystem.

FAQs

The Novartis Campus in Basel is easily accessible by public transport. From Basel SBB, take Tram 1 to Novartis Campus (approx. 15 minutes). Alternatively, Tram 11 stops at Voltaplatz, a short walk from the Campus.

The event will take place in the Gehry Auditorium, Fabrikstrasse 15, inside the Campus. Follow the signs to the Gehry building after entering.

We recommend arriving by public transport, as onsite parking is limited. Public parking is available nearby. Ample bicycle parking is available on site.

Yes, all attendees must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) at the registration desk located at the entry of the Gehry building to enter the event. Please ensure that you have you ticket handy when you arrive.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting our support team at events@baselarea.swiss with the new attendee’s details no later than 72 hours before the event.  

As a reminder, all proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the winning startup as a cash award. By purchasing a ticket, you are directly contributing to advancing innovation.
